Food Trucks

Open Streets Knoxville 2026 will take place on Sunday, May 17th, 2025 from 2 - 6 pm along Gay St. from Summit Hill Dr. to Hill Ave., including the Gay St. Bridge.

     

Registration Fee: $100 Spots are limited! The registration fee must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice to secure your spot.
Please note – if you pay via PayPal or credit card, there will be an additional $5 processing fee.

Eligibility: Food trucks must be permitted by the City of Knoxville. Proof of food truck license and insurance is required.

Registration: To register your food truck, please complete our vendor application; we will confirm your spot via email. We only have space for a few food vendors, so register today!

Basic Guidelines (additional details will be sent upon registration):

  • Food trucks are expected to arrive by 12:30 pm to allow time for setup and to be ready to begin serving at 2:00 pm.
  • Following the event, food trucks must tear down and depart by 6:15 PM so that motorized traffic can safely resume.
  • Past events have averaged several thousand participants; please keep this in mind when planning your food quantities.
  • If you have tables and chairs, you’re welcome to bring them and set them up outside your food truck.
  • We ask that you help manage customer lines by forming them along the side of your truck, rather than across the street.
