2020 Tour de Lights

Due to COVID-19, Bike Walk Knoxville and Visit Knoxville were unable to host Tour de Lights in its traditional format in 2020. However, we did host the annual costume contest virtually, and would like to congratulate our winners and thank everyone who participated. Our first place winner was Chris Kimble and his daughters, and our runners-up were Laura and Mabel Wilkinson!
