New Route, Same Fun!
Tour de Lights 2026 will throw it back to bike rides of the past and revisit the Historic Fourth and Gill neighborhood, as well as parts of the Old City and Downtown Knoxville. The ride will be approximately 5 miles round trip, beginning and ending in front of Covenant Health Park (500 E. Jackson Ave. Knoxville, TN 37915). Riders will line up along Stadium Way, facing Jackson Avenue, extending onto Willow Avenue. Get festive and show up in your holiday best, you may event win a prize!
Don’t worry! Riders will still experience the excitement of a grand finale down Gay Street before returning to the stadium to end the ride.
Make sure to come early and stay after to join in all the fun on the plaza and support the local businesses in the Old City!
Important Information:
- Event staff will begin staging riders at the start line at 5:30 pm, once the costume contest judging is over
- The ride will start promptly at 6:00 pm
- Those who arrive close to the scheduled start time should join the back of the line of riders on Willow Ave.
- Get festive, show up in your holiday best and come ride!
Registration is strongly encouraged for everyone participating in the Tour de Lights ride! Individuals and groups wishing to participate in the costume contest can register through the online form below, and those just registering for the ride can use the same form. The ride begins at 6:00 pm, and riders are encouraged to decorate themselves and their bikes for the holidays.
Each individual registration (or group registration if you are participating in the costume contest) also provides one entry into the Ride Prize Drawing for a chance to win one year of bike service from Two Bikes, up to $1,000 in labor. Duplicate entries will not be accepted. The winner must be present for the drawing at 7:15 pm.
