Biking

We encourage people who live close to downtown to ride their bikes to Mary Costa Plaza! We will have bike racks available for you to use while you browse the Holiday Market & Expo. 

Parking

Free parking will be available in the Knoxville Civic Auditorium & Coliseum parking garages between 3:30 and 7:00 pm. Downtown garages may be less crowded and are a short ride from Mary Costa Plaza, where the ride will begin at 5:30 pm.

KAT Bus

Did you know that KAT buses have bike racks? Taking the bus is a great way to get to Tour de Lights without the hassle of parking.
