Open Streets Knoxville 2026 will take place on Sunday, May 17th, 2025 from 2 - 6 pm along Gay St. from Summit Hill Dr. to Hill Ave., including the Gay St. Bridge.   

Registration Fees:

There are two options for performers:
1. To perform during a pre-assigned time slot at the performance area and promote your band/group/ensemble (i.e. hang a banner, hand out business cards/fliers) during that timeframe ONLY; No Fee
2. To perform during a pre-assigned time slot at the performance area and promote your band/group/ensemble during that timeframe, AND set up an activity provider booth to promote yourselves throughout the rest of the event; Fee: $100 (nonprofits receive a 50% discount)

Performance Details:

• We will have designated performance areas with pre-assigned performance schedules. Performance times, durations, and locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Power will be available at the performance areas.
• All other necessary equipment must be provided by the performers.

To register as a performer at Open Streets, please complete our Activity Provider Application. Performers must register by Sunday, May 10th to be listed on event materials.
