Information for Parents:

Meet at West Hills Elementary (front entrance on Vanosdale)

Please allow students to walk to the final destination before pickup. Students are welcome to walk home from the route 

Arrive for pickup by 4:00 PM

Adults will remain onsite for students to be picked up until 4:10 PM. After 4:10 if a student has not been picked up they will be waiting without an adult. 

Remote Pickup will go forward rain or shine. 

Students should come to school able to walk in all types of weather. Remote pickup will only be cancelled in case of inclement weather that would affect safe walking conditions. 

Half Day/Early Dismissal Policy

In the event of a half day or early dismissal, remote pickup will still occur. Information on new pickup times will be communicated via Parent Square and previously established communication network.
